Last year’s inaugural Okinawa International Movie Festival was a great success, bringing together many people from around the world to celebrate cinema as a unifying art form. This incredible event brilliantly showcased the culture, art and cuisine of Okinawa, and of course, the beautiful island itself.

As a Co-Head of the Television department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), I found the Okinawa International Movie Festival to be a valuable event at which to meet many of the top television executives from Asia. The festival also offered an ideal environment to introduce some of CAA’s clients, in addition to several high-level U.S. television executives, to the Asian television marketplace. We look forward to continuing our quest to find creative and innovative ways to work together.
