About holding the 3rd Okinawa International Movie Festival

This 3rd Okinawa International Movie Festival will take place with the aim of encouraging people who were affected by Japan earthquake and tsunami in March 11.
We believe, “laughter is an essential part of life”. And based on, “Laugh and Peace”, the concept of the festival, we promise to bring laughter and peace to people all over the world including those who live with this difficult situation.
